You may not use services in a way that negatively impacts other customers, including:
• excessive CPU or memory usage
• persistent background processes
• cryptocurrency mining
• using hosting as file storage or backup storage
• running large download mirrors or distribution repositories
We may limit or suspend services immediately to maintain platform stability.

5. Email Usage & Reputation Protection
Email services are intended for normal individual or organizational communication.
The following are prohibited:
Bulk or Marketing Email
• mass mailing lists, newsletters, or campaigns
• sending to purchased or scraped contact lists
• sending to recipients without direct opt-in
• using email hosting as a marketing platform
Bulk messaging must use a dedicated email marketing provider.
Automated or High-Volume Sending
• scripts generating large volumes of email
• form mail abuse
• mail loops or auto-reply loops
• high-frequency notifications
We may immediately disable email sending if spam complaints, blacklisting, or abnormal volume occurs.
Repeated incidents may require migration to an external email provider.

6. Storage & File Distribution
Hosting accounts must contain active websites or applications.
The following uses are prohibited:
• backup storage repositories
• file archive hosting
• torrent or mirror distribution
• large media libraries not tied to a functioning website

You may not publish copyrighted material without permission.
We respond to valid copyright notices and may remove content or suspend repeat infringers.

8. Abuse Toward Staff
Threats, harassment, or abusive behavior toward staff will not be tolerated and may result in immediate termination of services.
